Losing weight on 10x depends on knowing what to eat, and your daily choices.
Prepare for success by limiting yourself as below, & share your experience with us.
Mornings: Coffee or Tea OK, fat free milk if needed, zero calorie artificial sweetener if needed (erythritol is best). Fat free yogurt, fat free cottage cheese, small amount fruit, egg white (scrambled or omelette with fat free cheese, tomato, pepper, greens, etc.), meat, fish.
(Can add or substitute 10x protein shake, 10x energy bar with minimal net carbs, fat free cheese sticks, jerky, powdered peanut butter, low carb (10x) bread). Mc Donald’s will serve pure egg whites if you ask for them, and may add tasty tomato and pepper on the side.
Lunch: Lean Meat, fish, egg white, greens, balsamic vinegar (not vinaigrette), small amount of oil if needed, fat free dairy. If your school or workplace doesn’t have good choices, bring your own lunch or escape at lunchtime to someplace where you can buy and/or eat healthy.

Dinner: Lean Meat, fish, soy (tofu), greens, salad with vinegar and small amount of oil, fat free dairy.
Deli selections like pickles, peppers, and olives are OK.

AVOID TEMPTATION, but when you’re in a JUNK FOOD AND DRINK SITUATION, OPERATE AS FOLLOWS:
Gas station or convenience store hunger: Fat free yogurt, jerky, diet soda, water, low net carb energy bars, coffee with fat free milk.
Restaurants: Order broccoli, spinach, asparagus, salads, all without butter, or oil, dressing on the side, maybe balsamic vinegar to the table. Lean meat and fish, but not breaded or fried. HOLD THE BREAD, and eat enough that you won’t be tempted to order dessert. If it’s a sandwich restaurant, get a lettuce wrap, hold the (fat) sauce and dressing. If others order dessert and you must get something, FRUIT only.
Sales Meetings: Make the sale, easy on the snacks, go healthy only.
Happy Hour: Remove alcohol from alcohol situations: club soda, diet soda, water,
Sporting Events: NO BEER, no chips, no fries, no nachos: Jerky, meat without bread, fat free cheese sticks with mustard, STAY 10X
Late Night Sweet Cravings: Consider fruit, 10x chocolate flavored powdered peanut butter, 10 kcal Jello,
SC cheesecake (delicious, almost 10x), a Quest Nutrition bar, or Enlightened Ice Cream if you must.
Birthday / Holiday parties / events: These can be difficult. Enjoy the people, drink some water, eat anything there that’s 10x, throw away the piece of birthday cake that was put in your plate or pass it on to whoever is next to you, and leave early. Be social, but don’t sacrifice yourself.
Business Lunches and/or Snacks at Work : Same as other social events: choose what you know is 10x, leave the rest, drink water, bypass the junk, people are your focus, not food.
A spouse or partner who easily stays thin despite eating whatever they want, ravenously: Your metabolism is yours, and theirs is theirs. If they care about you, they’ll moderate when you’re around to help you avoid temptation, and to help you help yourself. If you’re hungry, prepare and eat your own 10x foods alongside what they’re eating rather than share in eating their harmful high carb choices.
